How to order a KIBS certificate

Order, identity verification and payment take place directly with KIBS.

1. Open the official VerbaSign Pro ordering process. Check the product and enter details matching the holder’s and company’s documents.
2. Generate the order and follow the payment and documentation instructions sent by KIBS.
3. Verify identity according to KIBS instructions. An absent holder or company representative requires the applicable notarial and authorisation procedures.
4. Follow the deadlines and issuance instructions you receive. Do not send identity documents or order paperwork to invo.mk.
5. After issuance, set up the medium and local signer. Check UJP authorisation separately.
