Service and users

invo.mk is intended for professional use by small businesses and accounting firms in North Macedonia. The planned offering covers e-invoicing and every e-Faktura document type, subject to permitted actions and authorisations. It is not general file storage or a managed long-term archive.

Accounts, signers and guests

Each person uses their own account. Paid licences and quotas are per signer. Free assistants prepare drafts; clients supply information and review their own documents in the permitted context. Only the authorised signer performs official signing with their own certificate.

Your responsibilities

Check the company, authorisation, customer, content, tax details and amounts before signing. Protect your certificate and PIN. Do not use the service for unauthorised access, misuse, impersonation or unlawful documents.

Prices and trial

Proposed monthly prices per signer are 590, 1,490 and 3,990 MKD excluding VAT. Annual payment is ten monthly prices. The trial lasts 14 days without a card or automatic paid conversion. The amount including applicable taxes must be clearly shown before a paid contract is concluded. Certificates are paid for separately.

Capacity and payments

Outgoing documents accepted by UJP count toward usage. Quotas reset each calendar month and are not pooled between signers. Exceeding the quota requires an explicit upgrade or top-up choice. Cards and bank transfer are planned, but this preview accepts no payments. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refund and package-change procedures must be completed before sales begin.

Ending service and data

A 30-day read-only and export period is planned after the subscription ends. Users must arrange their own business-document retention. Final deletion and backup periods will appear in the privacy policy and data-processing agreement.

Support and external systems

Weekday email support is planned, targeting a first reply by the next business day. This is not a guaranteed resolution time or availability SLA. UJP, KIBS, Accent and payment services have their own terms and availability. invo.mk is not a certificate issuer or tax authority.

Contract terms still to complete

Liability, warranties, refunds, suspension, change notices and dispute resolution require legal review before publication. This draft does not limit mandatory legal rights and is not an active subscription contract.
