InvoWin: update and uninstall

Finish signing before changing the local installation.

1. When upgrading from 0.4.3 or earlier, close all invo.mk pages and use the tray option to exit and clear the PIN.
2. Install the new MSI. Replace Bridge files in the same folder and select Reload in the browser. Do not add a second copy.
3. Reopen InvoWin, select the certificate and check the connection in app.invo.mk.
4. To remove it, close the session, uninstall InvoWin through Windows and remove Bridge from the browser. This does not delete documents from UJP or your account.
